Moises Enoc Navas
President/ Co-Founder
Moises Enoc is the younger brother of Moises A. Navas, whom the foundation is in honor of. He was an Infantry Marine for nearly a decade and it shaped so much of his values. While being stationed in the Camp Lejuene area for 6 years, he fell in love with the beach and the surrounding community. His hope is that Mo's name continues to be remembered and that Raider kids can enjoy many opportunities to thrive.

Stephanie Navas

Stephanie is a dedicated homeschooling mother of three children, deeply committed to giving back to the community having lived in Sneads Ferry and Surf City. She and Moises Enoc have been married for over ten years and her passion for education and community service shapes her daily life. Stephanie handles much of the office and behind-the-scenes work that keeps the foundation running smoothly so that more families can be benefitted.

Director of Finance
Josh is a Marine Raider having served over ten years and one of Mo's closest friends. He and his wife lived in the Hampstead area for many years having loved their time there. They have three boys and feel strongly about being present in their lives and his hope is that we are able to give back to as many Raider kids as possible, lightening the tough burden on the families.
